Website Objectives:
The primary objective of this website is to present the art work of
Frances Jerome to a broad audience of people interested in fine art, with
the hope that the images and descriptions will appeal to many of you who
wish to enhance your home decor with beautiful art pieces of superior
quality at a reasonable price.
A second objective is to support our many gallery and gift shop customers
by providing them with an information service that is up-to-date and presented
in an artful way.
Referral Service:
If desired, we offer a referral service, providing the location of
a gallery or gift shop nearby where Frances’ art work may be seen
and purchased. Please request by E-Mail.
Framed/Unframed Option:
The signed and numbered limited editions on canvas, framed and unframed,
are available at the prices listed below. The prices listed with the images
are the prices unframed with the exception of 8x10's which are only available
framed.

Methods Of Payment:
Credit Cards: To simplify payment, the PayPal Shopping Cart system is employed. Just click on the appropriate buttons under each image and the total payment cost will be calculated. Providing your credit card and shipping info is all it takes to speed your order on its way. When we receive a request, we will provide information on availability and approximate ship date.
Checks/Money Orders: If you would like to send a check or fax
your order in you may use our standard order form below. If paying by
a personal or business check make out to: Frances Jerome Fine Art. Upon
verification, your order will be filled.
Method Of Shipment
Since each piece is richly enhanced with oil paint by the artist to
make it look much like the original oil painting, the minimum time may
be on the order of two weeks. More time will be required if the frames
requested are not in current inventory. Unless otherwise requested, all
shipments will be by regular ground UPS.
Overseas Orders
All overseas orders will be referred to, and handled by, our International
Art Agent. Prices, monetary arrangements and method of shipment may vary.
